What is eligible for a refund?
Product never arrived?
If your order is confirmed lost by the courier, you are eligible for a refund. If the courier confirms delivery but you didnβt receive the package, we will investigate and may require additional documentation (like a non-delivery affidavit).
Product arrived damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, you are eligible for a refund or replacement (depending on availability).
You must report the damage within 3 days of delivery and provide supporting photos of the damage and packaging.
Wrong product delivered?
If you receive the wrong product, you are eligible for a refund or replacement (if available). The item must be unused and in its original packaging. You must report the issue within 3 days of delivery.
Changed mind?
We accept returns for a refund if you change your mind, but:
The product must be in unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and documentation. Certain items, such as customized or final sale items, are non-returnable. Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund. Requests must be made within 3 days of the delivery date. Item must be shipped within 14 days of delivery.

Once Approved: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using the provided return label within 14 days. Return shipping costs may apply, depending on the reason for the return. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
