Starting a return
How do I initiate a return?
To Request a Return: Contact our Customer Care team at [info@decassett.com] within 3 days of receiving your order. You must provide supporting documentation for your return.
Once Approved: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using the provided return label within 14 days. Return shipping costs may apply, depending on the reason for the return. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Are there any non-returnable items?
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final Sale items
- Clearance items
- Last Chance items
- Underwear
- Swimwear
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges.

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that items are in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds
How long will it take to process my refund?
