Shipping/ Transit Time/ Tracking Number

Orders are typically processed within [1-3 business days] of receipt.- Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods. Standard Shipping:** Delivery within [ 3-7 business days] for domestic orders and [3-10 business days] for international orders.- **Expedited Shipping:** Available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery times vary based on the chosen method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking numbers will be provided once the order has been shipped you will receive email confirmation. You can easily access tracking info in your Account under My Orders or simply chat with us.

Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Additionally, we also accept payments via PayPal, & CashApp Pay for added convenience and security. We also accept Affirm, Afterpay, for pay later options. Rest assured, all transactions at our store are processed securely to protect your financial information.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within [14 days] of receiving your order. - Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. To Request a Return: Contact our Customer Care team at [info@decassett.com]Β - Once Aprroved: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using the provided return label. Return shipping costs are free. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within [5-7 business days]. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. Please note: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as [Final Sale, Clearance, Last Chance and underwear, swimwear] cannot be returned or exchanged.
