Returns are accepted within [14 days] of receiving your order. - Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. To Request a Return: Contact our Customer Care team at [info@decassett.com] - Once Aprroved: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using the provided return label. Return shipping costs are free. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within [5-7 business days]. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. Please note: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as [Final Sale, Clearance, Last Chance and underwear, swimwear] cannot be returned or exchanged.
